通过分析简单行星排的运动学,推导出了正、负号行星排基本构件相互转换的原理和方法.归纳和总结了简单行星排和复合行星排相互转换的必备条件和转换方法,结合实例简图,论证了简单行星排和复合行星排方案转换的正确性.正、负号行星排基本构件相互转换的机理和方法有助于行星传动方案的选取和结构布置,对于减小行星机构体积、提高功率密度具有重要意义.
Abstract:This paper analyses the kinematics of simple planet gear set,speculate the transform mechanism and method of positive and minus planet gear set.This paper sums up the needed transform conditions and the transform method between simple and compound planet gear sets.Some examples validate the transform method.The mechanism and method can help us to select scheme of planet gear box and design the structure layout.It also has important significance on reducing volume and increasing power density of planet gear box.
